The farmhouse offers three great options to enjoy. One of which is the Farmhouse Deluxe Suite. The two-level Farmhouse Deluxe Suite features a living room with stereo, large whirlpool, and wood-burning fireplace with fireside couch. Adjoining the living room is a spacious, sunny sitting room with wet bar, flat screen TV/DVD, comfy couch and private outdoor patio. Upstairs in the master bedroom awaits a king size Sleep Number bed, full private bath with steam shower for two, and second flat screen TV/DVD.
The second suite to the Farmhouse is the luxurious Farmhouse Lower Suite. It is equipped with dual wood burning fireplaces, king size Sleep Number bed, large whirlpool, private bath and steam showers for two, Fire side loveseat and a 42” flat screen TV/DVD.
The third suite is our Farmhouse Upper Suite. Just up a set of stairs awaits a king size Sleep Number bed, private bath, whirlpool, steam shower for two, TV with DVD/CD player, and a mini-refrigerator.

Step down into the sunroom which features a cathedral ceiling, sitting area and two-person whirlpool.

The deluxe Stables Suite offers towering cathedral ceilings and a spiral staircase leading to a large whirlpool in the upper loft. An incredibly spacious lower level features a king size Sleep Number bed, wood-burning fireplace, large private bath with heated towel rack, wet bar, sitting area, 42" flat screen TV w/DVD, stereo with CD player and private deck with beautiful views of the hillside.
The luxurious and secluded Stables Lower Suite offers a wood-burning fireplace with sitting area, king size Sleep Number bed, whirlpool, large private bath, private outdoor patio with porch swing, wet bar, flatscreen TV w/DVD, and stereo/CD player. This room is both handicapped accessible and pet friendly.
This cozy, secluded bi-level suite offers a king Sleep Number bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD player, wood burning fire place, private bath, fireside loveseat, and spiral staircase leading to a two person whirlpool in the skylight loft.
These large, airy suites offer a king size Sleep Number bed, private bath, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV/DVD, desk space, refrigerator and whirlpool. Outside entrances and patio space with sunset views complement these suites.

The main barn which dates back to the 1700’s has standard and whirlpool rooms.
The standard rooms are charming and cozy, offering a queen bed, private bath, TV, refrigerator, private phone and desk space. Brand-new showers offer both a handheld massaging showerhead and an oversized rainfall showerhead (no bathtub).
The whirlpool rooms Offer a bit more space than our standard rooms, our whirlpool rooms have a king or queen bed, a private bath, flat screen TV, small refrigerator and desk space. An adjoining private sunroom features a medium-sized whirlpool. Located in the main Barn building, these rooms are beneath the dining area and guests should be aware there is overhead noise.

General Policies
- Each room accommodates two people with a single King or Queen bed. Rollaways are available in some of our accommodations for a third guest for $25
- Full country breakfast served from 7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on weekends. For our in – house guests
- All rates subject to 6% state sales tax and 4% local tax
- Check-In: 4:00 p.m. || Check-Out: 12 noon
- Reservations must be guaranteed with Master Card, Discover, Visa or American Express
Late Check-Out (2 p.m.) may be available for $25 ask our innkeepers
Cancellation/deposit
- A deposit equivalent to one night's stay plus tax will guarantee your accommodations, and will be credited to the last day of your stay.
- A seven-day cancellation notice is required for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 service charge. Any reservations cancelled less than seven days from arrival will forfeit the entire deposit unless the guest has purchased Cancellation Insurance.
- Cancellation Insurance may be purchased for an additional $25.00. If you purchase this insurance you may cancel the reservation at any time without losing your deposit

- We have limited accommodations for children. Please call us at 610-285-4723, and we will help you create a great stay for you and your children.
Dog Policy
- Three suites suitable for dogs are available -- Two Packhouse Suites and the Lower Stables Suite. Our pet charge is $25.00.
